Project Search Instructor
The Employment Services Career Coach (ESCC) in Project Search equips, guides, supervises, supports, teaches, and trains individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in the Employment Services Program in vocational skills, general work skills, durable skills, soft skills, and other pertinent skills. Our current Project Search internships are taking place at Parkview Wabash Hospital.
Employment Specialist
The Employment Specialist assists qualified persons with developmental and intellectual disabilities in exploring, obtaining, and retaining competitive employment. The Employment Specialist guides and coaches the qualified participant through work and work-related assessment, exploration, and skills training.
Community Support Professional
The Community Support Coach provides training in personal, social, and community skills designed to maximize individuals' independence and integration in the community.
Coffee House Chef/Baker
You must be a creative foodie with a passion for quality and presentation, being compassionate, patient, encouraging, and embrace and promote the Arc’s mission: “Putting people before disability and providing opportunities and support for individuals with disabilities to learn, live, play, and work in their local communities.” The Arc’s Coffee House exists to provide job training and permanent employment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an environment that promotes high-quality food and drink products and superior customer service.
Supported Living Program (SLP) Instructor
The SLP Instructor supervises adults who reside in Waiver supported living situations by providing them support, assistance and training as needed in daily living and community access skills.
