Independent living is a goal for many of the people we serve, but some need help to live successfully in their community. The Supported Living Program can provide up to 24-hour support to people who qualify for the Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Waiver and who live with roommates in a house or apartment they have rented. Arc staff ensures each person's safety, while helping them perform daily household tasks, go shopping, and access community activities.

Arc also provides respite services to give family-caregivers time off from taking care of their disabled family member.
